View Health chemo@home is proud and delighted to announce that Julie Adams, the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the company was awarded an Order of Australia for her services to Pharmaceutical Oncology.
The Order of Australia recognises Australians who have demonstrated outstanding service or exceptional achievement.
In 2013, when Julie and Lorna Cook founded the innovative health service there was plenty of resistance and naysayers.
It is through Julie’s expert knowledge of cancer therapies and, experience in how these could be safely given at home, as well as both women’s belief in a kinder more compassionate model of care that View Health chemo@home has been able to change the face of cancer and chronic disease care in Australia.
