If you need to make any changes, please keep in mind that it’s not always easy and can affect other patients. To help us find the best solution, we kindly ask that you provide more than one alternative date. This gives us time to explore options that work for everyone.

What’s Next:
Once your treatment date has been allocated, you’ll receive this in an SMS about a week before the booking date.
What you can do:
Please try to keep this date free. If you have another important medical appointment around that time, we kindly ask that you provide 1 week’s notice where possible. Call us at this time on 1300 466 324 so we can plan your treatment accordingly.
The earlier you let us know, the easier it is for us to support your care.
Timeframe confirmation:
Around 48 hours before your treatment, you’ll receive another SMS with your nurse’s expected 2 hour arrival window.
Just reply with “Y” to confirm your appointment. This lets us know you’ll be home and ready for your treatment. Please don’t reply with anything else to this message. If you have other matters to discuss, ie Bloods or to speak to a nurse, call 1300 466 324
