Information on the Medical Use of Cannabinoids

As the interest around the use of cannabinoids (marijuana, cannabis) for medical conditions increases, so does the need for reliable information on the evidence supporting its use, and the ways to legally access safe, high quality products.  We aim to assist both consumers and health professionals find the information they need.

CASE STUDY LIBRARY

Health professionals can increase the understanding of how to use cannabinoids by submitting a case study.  De-identified patient and clinician information will be used to form a library of case studies to better inform both consumers and health professionals.

Case Study - Medical Use of Cannabinoids

This is form is for health profssionals to contribute their experience on treating patients with cannabinoids, so that we can all learn and build our evidence base.
  • Which product did you prescribe?
  • What is the condition you are treating with cannabinoids?
  • Include age, weight and sex
  • Include any other co-morbid conditions the patient has, excluding the indication for cannabinoid use.
  • Include the starting dose of cannabinoid, the response to treatment, dose changes and any clinical or diagnostic tests used to confirm the response.
